I asked a reputable local company, a leading national company and Kieran Construction to quote for new fascia, soffits and gutters. We dismissed the national company as I found their tactics of quoting a ridiculous price and then to offer significant discounts dependant on the speed of acceptance unacceptable. We chose Kieran Construction on the basis of Kieran's enthusiasm, knowledge and his guarantee of payment only after the job was completed to our satisfaction. We have been totally satisfied. Cheers.
